Kway Teow 420g


Leong Guan fresh pasteurized Kway Teow. Made from high quality rice to give a silky smooth feeling in the mouth. The fragrant aroma of the rice can be tasted while chewing. 

Our Kway Teow has undergone the pasteurization process, a process of heat processing to kill pathogenic bacteria to make food safe to consume with a longer shelf life.


Preparation Method:

Soup: Blanch the noodles for 10 - 20 sec before serving.

Note: The longer the time used, the softer the noodles.

Stir-Fry: Stir-fry the product with other ingredients such as sauces, vegetables, etc for 20 - 30 sec.

Note: Kway Teow will stick together if overcooked.
