Our Mee Tai Bak has undergone the pasteurization process, a process of heat processing to kill pathogenic bacteria to make food safe to consume with a longer shelf life.
Soup: Blanch the noodles for 10 - 20 sec before serving.
Note: The longer the time used, the softer the noodles.
Stir-Fry: Stir-fry the product with other ingredients such as sauces, vegetables, etc for 20 - 30 sec.
Note: Mee Tai Bak will stick together if overcooked.
